  1. Compensation and Benefits 

The Influencer will receive: 

  • Stipend: A $100 sponsorship payment, split into two parts:
    • $50 after completing at least two clinical bodywork sessions and one promotional social media post.
    • The remaining $50 after completing four consecutive weeks of participation.
  • Treatment: One complimentary clinical bodywork session per week.
  • Longevity Bonus: A $100 bonus every six (6) months of consistent partnership and promotional activity. 
  1. Influencer Responsibilities 

The Influencer agrees to: 

  • Provide a photo and short biography for promotional use. 
  • Grant permission for photos and/or videos to be taken during sessions for use on High Performance Massage platforms. 
  • Promote services on social media once per month. 
  • Assist at events when available. 
  • Participate in full-body clinical bodywork sessions. 

Condition for Participation: 

The Influencer acknowledges that High Performance Massage utilizes a specialized clinical methodology. To ensure the most effective results, the Influencer must be comfortable being fully undressed under professional draping with a towel for the entire session. This is a non-negotiable requirement for participation in this sponsorship program. 

  1. Non-Compete or Exclusivity Clause 

The Influencer agrees not to engage in a sponsorship or promotional relationship with any direct competitors of High Performance Massage during the term of this agreement. This includes any business that offers massage therapy, clinical bodywork, or sports recovery services that may be considered direct competitors. 

  1. Content Ownership & Review

All media (photos/videos) produced by or for High Performance Massage are the exclusive property of High Performance Massage. 

The Influencer may request to review images or videos before publication. Reasonable efforts will be made to honor such requests, but final publishing decisions rest with High Performance Massage. 

  1. Liability Acknowledgment 

The Influencer acknowledges that clinical bodywork involves physical contact and voluntarily participates in such services. The Influencer accepts full responsibility for any known or unknown conditions. All sessions will be conducted in a professional, safe, and ethical manner, adhering to the practice’s strict standards of care and draping protocols. 

  1. General Terms 

This sponsorship is not an employment relationship. 

Both parties agree to maintain professional, respectful communication. 

This Agreement reflects the full understanding between the parties.
